MLL Tampere
The Mannerheim League is an NGO and membership is open to everyone. It promotes the wellbeing of children and of families with children. It is the largest child welfare organization in Finland. MLL Tampere is one of it's local associations.
Our goal is to improve the well-being of children, young people and families. We think children are equal members of society - that's why we want them to be taken into account both in family life and public decision making.
We have excellent connections and we cooperate with many different partners. Along with our permanent staff we actively employ interns and assistants. Volunteer work is a very precious resource for us - we have hundreds of great volunteers, whose contribution makes our work possible.
